Units for Rent Rentals at The Beach & Tennis Club are handled through real estate agents or by owners. The Beach & Tennis Club Condominium Association has a few rules that apply to both owners and renters. All rentals are a minimum of four days, three nights and are subject to local and state taxes. All units are one bedroom and are limited to six people. No pets are allowed, and all guests must register at the office upon arrival and receive a parking permit.
